Pretty Packages

Hey everyone

Sorry for going MIA. Things at home have been difficult with my husband being in and out of hospital and me running around like a headless chicken. As a result I haven’t had much time to be crafty which is frustrating because I have some new toys to play with that I’d love to show you.

I just jumped on here today to tell you about two wonderful bundles that Stampin’ Up! have on offer to help make your Christmas presents look beautiful. I love seeing gorgeously wrapped packages under my Christmas tree.

From now until the end of November we have two Tag It Bundles available that include tags, ribbons and boxes.

Teachers’ Gifts

Hey everyone

Just wanted to show you the teachers’ gifts that I made for Riley & Noah’s teachers.  I used the Scallop Edge Envelope die for The Big Shot and turned them into a box. The paper is the very yummy Jolly Holiday Designer Series Paper for the boxes.  The greeting on the box is from Perfect Punches and I used Cherry Cobbler ink.  The ribbon is Old Olive 5/8″ Grossgrain Ribbon.

To go inside the box I made some shortbread and put it into cellophane bags which I tied with more of the Old Olive ribbon.

I’m so proud of myself for getting this done. I’ve been incredibly busy as I’ve gone back to work. I’m still trying to work out how to combine 5 days of work with my family commitments and still have time to fit in my stamping.  So far I haven’t been too successful in managing it all, but I’m hoping that with a little bit more time I will work it all out.
